Refunds are typically issued minus any shipping and handling costs, and the merchant may ask you to return the device.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Find your order confirmation email. It contains your order number and the merchant's official support contact details — this is the fastest route.
  2. Contact the merchant's customer support using the email or contact form provided in that confirmation, quoting your order number and the reason for your request.
  3. Follow their return instructions. If a return is required, ship the device as instructed and keep the tracking receipt.
  4. Allow processing time. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within the merchant's stated processing window after the return is received.
